As Vice President of Finance and General Manager at Building Solutions, she manages the daily financial operations of the company with a sharp eye for detail and a deep commitment to accountability. With decades of hands-on construction experience, he brings real-world perspective to every budget, bid, and business decision. He works closely with Jordin on daily operations and plays a key role in guiding project execution from both a financial and field-based lens.

Natalie Cox leads strategic initiatives in architectural planning, development, and brand marketing—bringing vision, creativity, and innovation to every corner of Building Solutions. With a Master’s degree in Architecture and a deep background in the construction industry, Natalie bridges the gap between inspired design and real-world execution.

As Vice President of Construction Management, Matt ensures that day-to-day operations align with strategic goals and deliver maximum efficiency across the board. With a sharp instinct for identifying and solving challenges, Matt brings clarity and confidence to even the most complex job sites.

As Vice President of Engineering, Nick oversees all engineering operations with a focus on precision, innovation, and high-quality design execution. A graduate of Fort Hays State University, Nick plays a critical role in coordinating plan sets to ensure they are accurate, clear, and conflict-free.

Nick reviews every detail—plans, elevations, systems, and specifications—to guarantee they align with project intent and constructability. From existing conditions to the hardware schedule, he ensures that nothing is overlooked. His thorough approach and technical expertise provide a strong foundation for every successful project at Building Solutions.

As Vice President of Field Operations, Shawn oversees all on-site construction activities—ensuring every project is executed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. With a degree from Hays University and years of hands-on experience, Shawn brings expert-level precision and leadership to the field every day.

Known as our Total Station expert, Shawn handles everything from layout and streets to building foundations, finish floors, and exterior paving. He’s the man with the plan—coordinating daily schedules, supervising concrete work, and maintaining a sharp focus on detail and safety at every step.

A graduate of Kansas State University, Alex brings a strategic and detail-oriented approach to his role as Project Manager. His expertise in plan takeoffs and contract administration is matched by his practical know-how in the field—ensuring every phase of construction is efficient, compliant, and well-coordinated.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Alex bridges communication gaps and enhances on-site supervision, helping crews stay aligned, informed, and equipped. Alma is the backbone of our office operations. As Executive Assistant at Building Solutions, she handles a wide range of responsibilities that keep both the office and field teams running efficiently. From time tracking to accounts receivable and payable, Alma plays a key role in maintaining smooth and accurate business functions.

Bilingual and highly organized, Alma provides exceptional service to our staff, subcontractors, and clients. Whether she’s coordinating communication, managing records, or supporting project teams, her attention to detail and reliability are second to none.

Armando brings a unique combination of building and mechanical drafting expertise to the Building Solutions drafting department. A graduate of Seward County Community College, he is well-versed in multiple design software programs, making him a versatile and reliable contributor to both field and office operations.

From producing detailed construction drawings to capturing aerial drone footage, Armando plays a key role in bringing project concepts to life. He is also bilingual, which strengthens communication across teams and job sites. In addition to his drafting responsibilities, Armando is a core part of our building and civil layout efforts, helping ensure accuracy from plan to ground.

A skilled carpenter by trade, Alejandro brings hands-on experience, technical precision, and bilingual communication skills to the Building Solutions team. As our primary civil and building layout technician, he plays a vital role in ensuring accuracy on-site and setting the foundation for successful construction.

For several years, Eusebio has led one of Building Solutions’ three dedicated concrete crews, bringing precision, consistency, and leadership to every job site. As Concrete Foreman, he oversees all aspects of concrete work—from preparation and placement to curing—ensuring every step is executed with accuracy and care.

Daisy is the go-to support person on our team. As a Field Operator Tech with a CDL, she plays a vital role in keeping our jobsites running smoothly. Whether she’s delivering heavy equipment to our crews, handling light mechanical repairs, or jumping in to help wherever needed, she brings dependability and quick thinking to every task. Daisy is also bilingual, which makes her a key communicator between our field crews and project managers. Known for her versatility and can-do attitude, she’s the first person our team turns to when something needs to get done fast and done right.
