The Western State Bank Expo Center was a Design-Build Construction Management project for Ford County. Ford County purchased the building steel from a private entity.

The building had been partially erected and then set for 5 years on the abandoned job site. Building Solutions was tasked with reconfiguring the building to accommodate the needs of Ford County for new exhibition hall.

After Ford County delivered the building to the site, Building Solutions had to first determine what was missing or damaged, and then procure the new material.

In the end, the project was constructed in only 8 months and delivered on time and in budget. The building developed 166,665 SF of exhibition space to host the 3i Show, complete with bathrooms and concessions.

With a grand total of 179,250 SF, the Western State Bank Expo Center additionally features a building eave height of 34 ft. and a staggering 46’–6”ft. peak height. A total of 15 overhead doors, 40 walk doors, and 17 miles of in-floor heating, makes the Western State Bank Expo Center a building marvel.
