At Building Solutions, we’re proud to be part of the United Village project, a forward-thinking housing development with a mission to provide affordable homes to the Dodge City community. United Village, which will feature over 200 residential homes, is designed to offer high-quality, budget-friendly housing for families and individuals. As part of this mission, we are managing every aspect of the infrastructure—from the roads, curbs, and sidewalks to the essential water and sewer systems.

This extensive project includes 37,000 square yards of concrete pavement and 22,000 feet of curb and gutter, ensuring the development’s roads and walkways are safe and long-lasting. Additionally, we’re installing 17,000 feet of water lines and 18,000 feet of sewer lines, with the support of expert subcontractors, to lay a strong foundation for community living.
