As the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), we are directly involved in every phase of the project, ensuring quality and precision. Our own concrete and carpentry crews, along with trusted subcontractors, are working tirelessly to meet the highest standards and maintain the project's schedule.

In addition to the visible improvements, we are upgrading underground utilities, including new sewer drainage systems, to align with the new elevation. This ensures the infrastructure will serve the city well for years to come, balancing long-term functionality with historical preservation.
